This property was really beautiful and I enjoyed that they did have a bar. My only problem is that our tub flooded and we were there for 3 nights and no one ever came and resolved this issue. They also still charged the daily resort fee which confused me because we had a flooded tub the whole stay and it was cold so we never used the resort amenities. Other than that I enjoyed the property it was near everything and the bartenders and staff were extremely nice.

I was given a room with one bed even though I reserved a room with two beds. This issue was resolved. I was charged twice for hotel fees: one by the third party and the other by the hotel. This was eventually resolved. I couldn't help feeling that at every turn the hotel was trying to rip me off.

The rooms are clean. The conference center was well run. The gym is open 24 hours. Just one mile walk to fashion square mall. Will be back again next year for sure.
