Lovely property with pleasant landscaping. Lots of cozy nooks tonsit in, Starbucks in lobby, 24 hours self checkout market, good restaurant, nice heated pool, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

Overall, solid hotel and area. Bathroom was dated but no other comy

Nice, expansive low rise resort. Housekeeping was poor to non-existent.

I've stayed at the property many times over the past 25 -30 years. It is my choice when in Phoenix. We chose to do the breakfast buffet and I was disappointed in the temperature of the eggs, potatoes, the meat and the french toast. It doesn't appear that there is anyway to maintain proper heat after the serving dishes are put out. I mentioned the issue to wait staff and was brought warm potatoes. A second issue was the ice machines. The one close to my room barely worked and then not at all. I finally found the 4th machine I tried actually was able to fill the 2 cups I wanted to take with me on the trip home and it barely did that. I do like the hotel and will stay again but this was disappointing. Thanks

The whole property was scary, unsafe, and outdoors. There are only 2 elevators, which had cracked/broken panels inside and filth in the corners. The rooms are outside, anyone can come on to the property. You have to walk down dark corridors, around sharp corners in the dark. There was blood on the side edges of the toilet paper, if the toilet paper roll hadn't fallen off the holder when i tried to get a piece to lift the lid, I would have never seen it. The shower corners were filthy and mildewy. There was filth on the ceilings, the sink faucet was not attached to the sink, the a/c was in a little area near the closet, around the corner from the room with the bed, didn't blow cold air. I had booked that night, non-refundable, it was 8pm, i walked to the lobby, nicely asked to checkout, asked for a refund, they said no, that i had to call expedia. Expedia said no refund cause the hotel didn't want to give me one. This was a safety concern, not because I just changed my mind. Very pricy hotel, so disappointed. I will never use expedia again and I am going to try to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
