My room had roaches and roach poop. I also couldnt really shower because i had to get help to turn the water on and off in my room. First night the night manager helped me get the water on and off. After that i didnt tey and showered at my office instead. My sheets had cigarette burns in them and the pillows were terrible. The chase lounge was filthy. If i could post pictures here i would but there is no option for pictures.

I booked a two queen room for two nights. When i arrived the front desk wanted to charge me $50 per night for each of my kids 9 and10, CASH only. When i asked him if i could pay with my card he said no, only cash. When the website clearly states kids stay free. Front desk gets angry and I became very rude and ignorant. Do not stay here, they act like they-are doing you the favor staying the night.

The evening staff was not very helpful. The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room the refrigerator wasn’t cold and he did not want to give us another room. The morning staff was very nice and helpful.

Employee was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. They were shampooing lobby carpet and seats on sofas. Room was clean and comfortable. Then during the night I felt something run across my body and when I got up to use the bathroom, there were 3 cockroaches in the tub. Next morning I found one in my suitcase. When we checked out, I told the day employee about that and he nonchalantly said, "Oh, they come up through the sewer."
