Checking in, I requested a late check out but they said they didn’t offer it. Then the area didn’t feel safe to park in, when we left for dinner and returned, there was a few males standing around in the parking lot, with their music playing loud, and they were just handing around the parking lot.

It was an average hotel stay. The pool area did not keep towels stocked, so you had to ask at the front desk each time you visited the pool. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping gave us fresh towels and emptied our garbage each day. The app and website for the hotel advertises an airport shuttle but they no longer offer it. Our room key also became deactivated daily; they said it was because of my Apple Watch, but at one point even reprogramming the keys didn’t work so the manager had to come and reprogram our door. The staff were kind and the breakfast was decent.

Overall it was a good experience. The new gurl in the front needs to smile more and act like she cares. All the other staff i encountered suring my 4 day stay were wonderful. The breakfast was great, everything was always clean. The room i got was near the employee lunch room and closest so there was always noise and carts in front on my room.
