Roaches present in room so we checked out immediately and didn't stay there. Management refused to issue a refund to Expedia.

young lady at desk probably filipna. This ppty owned by someone who cares not for customers. Just making a buck. Room s were filithy . Iswitched room initially , but no improvement. Left after 1 hr of occupancy. Will never use this brand again, nor anybody on my FB page

Very noisy slamming doors all day and night. Spa didnt work and the area around the pool was full of dirty mattress, furniture and trash.
