It is a nice resort but you need a car. They say that they have a hotel car but it only drop u at a shopping mall near by. They not even pick up from there. Ubers are available but not cheap. Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG

The shower had a facet that was difficult to get to shut off all the way. The bathroom motion sensor lights kept clicking on when I didn't want. They shut off while I was in the shower.
