It was terrible, booked 3 rms for 2 days and 1 rm for 1 day. No lift 6 floors. First night room opened twice and items stolen, buy hotel staff, no help from management, two guests left . Next morning the older guests were scared and also left. We were offered no refund for the 3 rms not used for the second night.

That right you guid booked in our hotel.One of your friends checked in then he left the keys in the room when he come back said someone went he room after that he said 3 T Shirt missing.It’s so funny 3 T Shirts gone without nothing, one of your friend ask me to pay him 500 for missing 3 T Shirts, so next time you gonna another place do the same thing easy to get money.

We had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night. On our first night there a room was broken into and stuff stolen, we had no help from the owners, 2 guests were elderly and all ended up scared, the owner had a tazer bat when we asked him about the robbery. It was a definate inside job, in my opinion. 2 guests left immediately, and the rest the next morning. The owner refused to pay back our second night monies, for the 3 rooms we didnt use and no compensation for the stolen items.

Yes one of your friend stay at room number when he get out didn’t lock he keep the A/ C on then come back just push the door in that said somebody get in he room then toll me lose 3 T Shirts, another your friend come then tell I have to pay 500 for 3 T Shirts, I don’t think so.If I always got customers like you , I will be collapse my business.Next day you come down ask for 2 nights back, you booked by online no refund because nobody can book follow you, but I will try to sell you room if possible, I will send all money back to you. But you guide never listen the reason at all.Last night I sold one room for you. If you want some money please call me.Tel 092557476.I think nobody take your T Shirt, you should to find somewhere else.All the best Simon.

Very well situated. Clean and good matrasses. Nice bathroom. Lovely staff. The only little downside is that the room has no natural light but not that annoying for a short stay.

Good location. Balcony room had good street view. Daily room service. Monkeys wanding around outside and over roofs. No soap or shampoo provided.

Highly recommended very nice to stay in Phnom Penh. Staff very help full. Staying 10 days I will come back.
