very dirty place old dirty carpets no service when you arrive rooms very dirty lobby dirty old chairs and sofas old towels dont change bed sheets

Bad room choice

I booked a room but they didn't have it so they gave me another room was too noisy I couldn't sleep near to main road and I told them I really need to switch my room to a different room but they didn't notify the morning g staff and I end up staying waiting for the evening staff to come it was really inconvenient and it made us even more tired not a good experience unfortunately

Ve came 22:00 a clock all the light was closed at the hotel outside and inside the reception , ve through the hotel was locked down. I Can not recommend this hotel for people who coming at Cambodja for first and want to fill save.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel staff was very friendly. Language was bit of an issue. The location was also very convenient.

The room isnt bad. The gym and spa is fantastic. But the hotel is so cheap they wont turn on the lights in the stairwell or even the hallway during day or night. the staff is really accommodating but the location is too far from anything.

4/5star price for 3star hotel

The gym is a let down and the spa area should open at 7am but they wanted to open it at 10.30am so I had to argue that point which eventuality was accepted. Internet in room is poor. Tv stations do not always work. To shower hot you need to turn taps on it the sink and bath for 5minutes before the shower water is heated. Terrible waste of water. The staff were very nice but lack of European languages including English was hard work. But it was ok

Smelly room. The quality of food at breakfast was not satisfactory with limited, particularly European, choices. The lightning in the dining room for breakfast was poor.
