Could not find hair dryer in the room

Thank you for staying with Olympia City Hotel by Dara.
We truly appreciate for your feedback and we assured you that we will continue improving our service.
We would like to apologize to you that we did not inform you or show you where the hair dryer was kept. It was kept inside a black color velvet linen bag with Olympia City Hotel logo and was placed inside the writing desk drawer.
We are in the midst of putting a label to inform all guests that the location of hair dryer was kept.
We are looking forward for having you again.

Location is very good. Center of Phnom Penh. So easy to use Grab. And breakfast also quite nice. Well known problem is, NOISE. Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess.
