Customer service is horrible, although they are all very nice. Locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes as the staff was having a party and the manager was very accusatory of not calling or ringing the doorbell (which we obviously have been doing). The facilities is nice and the rooms are impeccably clean so if you stay in the rooms it is perfect.

Chill-out!
Posted 6 Feb 2019 on HotelsWe were after a complete chill out and that's exactly what we got! Staff ultra helpful and fixed small things immediately. Food and cocktails very good. Pool and gardens lovely - getting a bit worn around the edges. Rooms were excellent!! We never left the resort!! Definitely return.

Posted 3 Jun 2018 on HotelsMy stay the hotel was very pleasant. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way if offers a pleasant stay. I stayed there for 4 nights as I was attending a wedding nearby. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful. It has a very large pool where you can relax with your cocktails during the "happy hour", which was from midday to 21:00. The only minus point was the breakfast which was very minimal and basic.

Very pleasant setting

Pros: It was very nice setting, pool, Palm trees, coffee on the balcony
Cons: Maintenance should be done in certain areas...front door to my room did not lock properly due to misalignment, balcony railing needs maintenance.
Location: It is a little to far out from the downtown area for me.....I would have stayed longer if closer to town.
Very calming setting around the pool area but only stayed one day.

Beautiful landscaping and pool in Town
Posted 30 Jan 2017 on OrbitzNice location for rest. Limited resturant menu . Free breakfast was underwelding and had very limited choices. Room was nice but dated. Minor repairs were needed. Fairly clean by Cambodian standards. Friendly staff. Nice overall maybe 3.25 out of 5. If cleaned up and spruced up would be 4 out of 5.

Fint tre-stjernet hotel med dejlig pool
Posted 7 Jan 2019 on HotelsVi valgte dette hotel som base mens vi var i Phnom Penh i seks dage og var rigtig glade for det. Dejligt at bo lidt væk fra centrum, som er meget hektisk. Kommunikationen med personalet er lidt træg og den generelle rengøring lidt mangelfuld, men hvis man kan leve med det, er det et skønt sted. Dejligt kæmpe pool område med masser af lokalt liv. Værelserne er fine og maden god. Meget børnevenligt.
