The hotel was magnificent.. surroundings was a little noisy but that’s the usual in that part of the city.. definitely recommend

Good service and friendly staff
Posted 20 Jan 2019 on HotelsThe best thing about Grand Residence is their service and their staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The facility is older and needs some renovation. The location is not ideal but very quiet if that's what you are seeking.

Isolated but nice
Posted 12 Jun 2016 on HotelsVery removed from tourist area. Not safe to walk in neighborhood, especially after dark. If you have your own vehicle good place to stay thou. The apartment was awesome.
