Not worth the stay

It feels like a budget hotel. Very old. And buffet selection is very bad

Overall pleasant stay. Great breakfast with timsum. Missing are the containers park. Thus lesser place for food in the evening

Pleasant and friendly hotel.

We were very pleased with the services and the food. Bar in room was free and the manager Mr Sakana, personally came to ask us if our stay was satisfactory. Other than the busy traffic at the intersection there is the convenience of a short walk to a mall - about 5 mins.

My only complaint is, I requested for a shuttle service from airport to hotel several months before this trip. There had been multiple emails back and forth days before the actual trip, my itinerary was sent so they could pick me up at the right time, date and location. Arrived tired, sweaty, it's hot, humid, at night, a lone woman in a strange country and not knowing the language. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! I figure I'd take my chances and catch a cab to the hotel. I made it but that was a waste of time and energy spent emailing back and forth! Not going back

Room facing the main road with noisy traffic movements which disrupt my rest. Good spread of breakfast. Good location. The team of staff is amazing, greeting guest with a welcome smile and friendly. Housekeeping team done a good job too. Overall stay is good except the heavy traffic noise level.
