Overall I had a great time staying at this resort. The friendliness of its staff was unbelievable.

No towel in room
Coconuts on the trees
Not enough Handy cap ramp

This Divi is extremely under staffed: 3 of 6 days our room was not cleaned nor serviced and we went without clean towels and linen. No coffee maker, but we were offered one. The kitchenette was only a sink, nothing more. The wait time for any meal was unreal, especially at the PurOcean restaurant. And the quality of the dinners were low.

Breakfast sucked and Im not a breakfast person. Not a big variety and a lot of manufactured food. Lunch and dinner was ok. Tacos were good. Need more staff and trianing in attentiveness to all not just some guests. Overall it was good. The pools and hottubs are great. The beach is nice but needs another server and unbrella person.

The staff was helpful & friendly and the ocean bar food was good. There are some updates that could be made like replacing cracked vanity mirrors and ensuring the sinks work.

It’s a beautiful property that is conveniently located between the airport and 3 minutes from Philipsburg. The room was extremely nice and spacious and the staff was friendly.
