The property was great, rooms new and spacious. The staff very friendly. The area is busy during the day when the ships are in port but all shops and most restaurants closed down by 5 so there was very little to do in the evenings. The restaurants that were open were very good though. Great hotel for a short stay

The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and have fun along with contacting a cab. The area was goood for shopping but my window was on the shopping side facing trashcans and garbage to be picked up so not the best view. The hotel restaurant was nice but the french toast was cold and the omelet undercooked but the politely took if off the bill. This beach hotel is a hotel that I would recommend but ahopping ahuts down at 5 or 6pm on the strip.

Perfect place to be before or after a cruise! Nice app menu in the open-air bar. Lovely breakfast included in the restaurant, overlooking the beach. Chaise and umbrella in the sand make for a nice landing spot to spend the day. Shops and restaurants all around. Friendly, helpful staff throughout. Would definitely go again!

The best option on this beach. Beach service could be friendlier… Amazing pillows but mattress should be upgraded, at least in our room it has lived its life… Overall would recommend!

We stayed 4 nights during New Year's with our 12 year old son. Had I scrutinized each image in their gallery, I would've noticed that the property is on a boardwalk across from the beach on a section closest to where all the cruise ships dock. These factors alone would've had us staying in a more quiet location. The beach section for the hotel is loud - bars playing loud music - people trying to sell you stuff - designer stores on the street side of the property and cruise ship traffic. At night it's a bit quieter. Apparently this hotel is known for their NYE celebration which we were not informed of - hence they had a DJ spinning loud club music until 2:15am and our room was right above it all. The room was as the pictures looked.Cleanliness of the rooms was nice though our room didn't get cleaned on NYr's day. The smell in the hotel was of pine sol or some cleaning agent. Service was slow all around. We had been used to "island time" and fine with it all except that we waited twice for 45min to an hour just to get drinks sitting out on the deck and on the beach. The restaurant was fine'ish - the filet mignon was rare when we asked for it to be medium. So we sent it back to have it quickly seared and it came back well done and tough. Service the 2nd time we ate there was surprisingly snotty.

The property us steps from the beach and has its own dedicated area for guest. The staff, bartenders, housekeeping and front desk are courteous and attentive. The property is located right on the boardwalk and steps away from multiple entertainment and dining options. The hotel dining is above average along with the drinks. Wonderful stay, would visit again.

I stayed here for almost a week. The staff was very nice! The food at the lounge at the hotel is fabulous for breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. It’s located steps from the beach. It’s on the boardwalk and endless places to dine and shop and the staff is very helpful with booking you a taxi as needed.

pretty cool location- very busy when the cruise ships are in. at night its completely dead though with little options for food. we honestly only stayed one day at the beach here and the rest jumping around the island the other days. was a very nice place to come back to though. staff was amazing. drinks are overpriced compared to everywhere else. holland house did have good vibes though and i would definitely recommend. you must go down the boardwalk to marley's and meet ruth though. fun little bar.

Close to the beach but busy with cruise passengers. Bar good and nice cocktails and finger food. Dinner good. It was quiet on Saturday night but busy on Sunday night. We waited about 40 minutes for a table only to find 5 empty ones. We were told they were reserved but no one had arrived when we left after 10pm.
