"I usually stay at the richmond across the street, but thought i would try the Jinjiang as it was a lot more economical. Glad i did. Will stay there again. Check in was friendly and ultra-fast. The room key was ready and all I had to do was show my passport and sign. Done. So simple. Why can't other hotels be this fast? All the staff were very friendly and professional. Storing luggage for a few days was no problem. The guards are friendly, and the restaurant was fine too. Unpretentious hotel, but for a low-cost stay, highly recommended. "

"Room was clean and the suit had a dinning place which was great for family. The only thing the parking was not included. We stated for 2nights and had to pay 350 for the parking which was a pain. "

" Our stay was three weeks. The rooms are spacious, perfect for small families or getaways. The staff are attentive, incredibly patient and so friendly. Easy and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Although rooms are clean, only negative, the furniture and curtains are old and need replacing. And our refrigerator kept breaking down. On location Happy Chef restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, nice window view of Ortigas avenue. We ate there several times for the morning buffet and dine in. Variety of options on the menu. Flavors are consistent and the team treats you like family. Want to acknowledge Michelle, Alexa, Belle, John and Edmar. Great team of regular staff and trainees. The Front Desk and Security Team always made sure we had what we needed when we arrived at the hotel or left for the day. Traveling with elderly parents, I felt comfortable for parents. Often times my father would take morning walks, and they always looked out for him. They took great consideration when the grab or taxi arrived to help them in and out the vehicles. They greeted us by our names which added a sincerity to our day. Very warm and welcoming to hear your name recognized. Kudos to: Chito, Jesiel, Ato, Dante, Joey, MJ, Emmanual, Clyde, Nico, and William Also want to acknowledge our housekeeper Lerma and the fellas that operated the Spa and Gym. Lerma is such a hardworking little lady. Great staff at the spa always helpful and aware "
