Everything was amazing and the gentleman at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful

room 2224 smelled like an ash tray and had poor air conditioning. At 3am the sink started making weird sounds for an hour and made in impossible to sleep. when we went down to the front desk in the morning to tell them all this they seemed insulted and said we should have called for maintenance to come up and fix it. which would have taken 30mintues to get there and then say there was nothing they could do at 3am. Next time I'm staying at the Sheriton across the street
