The place was cozy and super spacious. The host was easily accessible and answered my questions almost instantly. The host provided with guide videos to make it easy for you to understand how to navigate the property and all.
Towels and hand towels were provided but I didn’t see washcloths. Nonetheless it was an amazing property with a very comfortable bed. I have already favorited trustbnb for additional stays in the future.

One of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. All the appliances and amenities you’d need for a short/long term stay. The location is great, across the street from target and 3 mins away from the train station. The host was kind and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Super close to grocery, dining and shopping options. Free and safe parking was a huge bonus and the subway is a short walk away. Definitely recommend.

Pros: close to grocery stores and other food/shopping options, free parking, 24 person on duty, great communication, nicely decorated
Cons: older property, could hear neighbors through vents and outside street noise.

Your team went above and beyond, not only assisting us with changing the bed but even going so far as to purchase a brand new one. This property was in disrepair, poor quality construction, and had severe water damage to flooring in living room area next to sliding glass doors overlooking the courtyard. The lights in the courtyard were on all night and the blinds were poorly functioning making it difficult to sleep. There were multiple loud dog fights in the courtyard during our stay and car alarms were heard 4-5 times during the overnight hours. The apartment and the common areas were very dirty and there was a foul odor throughout the building/hallways. We had reservations for 2 nights and we left after the first night. We did not receive a refund for the second night. Highly disappointed.

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable. There is everything necessary for a family to live. Comfortable beds, enough towels and bathroom amenities. The hosts were always in touch, responded quickly and were always ready to help. We really enjoyed it.

Staying here was an unpleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
The pictures make the place look like a new unit, but it's not. It and the building are funky. The building halls smell atrociously, the unit moderately. The adjacent courtyard always has lights on all night, and residents of the building are loud. Every door squeaks, the beds creak, and the floor is peeling cheap laminate. The pipes in both bathrooms don't drain well. All in all, very unsatisfying.
