Staff were great. We arrived very early and they checked us in. Had a terrible experience the previous night at another “hotel.”

Dining options were plenty and the hotel is located in a walkable area with a mall and other retail stores. Check in was fast and the room was clean. I had accidentally booked a double and they were able to get me a king sized bed right away. Great service.

I stay in Philadelphia often because my daughter attends college there. I loved staying at the Westin! I stayed at several other hotels in the Rittenhouse area, and the Westin is my favorite!
