Multiple roaches on e in dining hall and one in bathroom but since I booked thru Expedia no refund never again

The location is perfect and the Louie Louie bar downstairs makes it convenient. It’s my place to stay when I visit my daughter at UPenn.

We felt welcomed and supported the moment we walked through the doors. Every staff member we encountered was personable and willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. I would not want to stay anywhere else. The hotel room was immaculate and the food was amazing. I now recommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying in the Philadelphia area.
