Amenities were clean and looked organized. There was a humid smell in the hallways, but rooms were neat. Breakfast was not attractive nor savory.
For the rest, nice place.

We weren't told until we arrived for check in that the pool was closed. Which unfortunately was the main reason we picked this hotel. The entire second floor smelled like there had just been a fish microwaving contest. We opened the pull out sofa bed and trash fell out. There was trash in the hallway in front of our room door next to a giant bleach(?) stain. There was a thunderstorm so the direct TV was constantly cutting out. Every chair in the room had tears in the fabric, the beds were clean but probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. There were other guests running around the hallways knocking on people's doors, we got knocked 3 times between 9pm and 1am. Basically I would have been only slightly less disappointed if the room was $50 for the night instead of the $180 I spent.

Pre covid, my family and I would stay here every time we came in to town. This is my first trip back since Covid and the property has seen better days. A pipe burst during our stay and no hot water was available Christmas Day. Unfortunate bad luck that no one can foresee but the fact that they didn’t try and make it right or comp anyone anything, a lot of people left. My family stayed because we’ve always preferred this place. That is until today, when we checked out, my daughter was charged an additional $480 for “guest services” that she never requested nor got. A dispute is being filed but the fact that they wouldn’t even hand me towels at the desk and insisted that they had to be brought to my room, I’m wondering how much I will be charged. As much as we used to love this place, I think we need to find a new hotel for when we come in to visit.

Being our 3rd extended stay over ten years, main reason for staying here is cost and free breakfast. Breakfast bar was less quality and selection than previous stays. Plumbing in the tub needs some update. Cost/stay has increased which is appropriate except for us senior's on fixed income. I had some difficulty understanding the foreign dialect mostly from desk associates. Ignored wake-up call!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wasn't happy that the pool was closed.
