Have to pay parking and it is quite pricey.

We booked this hotel for two nights as we were scheduled to arrive late in the evening and potentially early in the morning if our flight was delayed. We got to PHL early in the morning, made it to the hotel ready to sleep, and they refused to check us in even though we had a two night reservation. They said because we had not called them they wouldn’t check us in. Just STAY AWAY from this hotel and their staff - go somewhere that actually wants to let you stay there.
