This place was fine, but the smell, oh wow. You walk in the first area and the smell of air fresheners smacks you in the face, then the elevator smell like they are trying to cover up cat pee, and the apartment smelled like terrible BO and old curry that is sitting on the stove. I also know this is a problem here, because others have complained. I will never stay here again or recommend to others.

This property had a great location for visiting temple university. 2 easy train stops away. We went on the weekend and had no trouble finding parking.

Water pressure was horrible. Great A/C and comfy bed. Pillows were way too soft woth no firm option

The best place to reside if you are staying longer in Philadelphia since everything you may need are all walking distance no need to drive then have to find parking.! A no fuss place, easy to check in and out and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Had an amazing 2 month stay!

In the best corner location to one of the main street. No hassle in checking in and out. Easy & quick to communicate with customer service via text message. Large units with everything you need for your stay. Large windows to receive natural light. Coded entry to the building and unit. Also has a large elevator to accommodate alot of luggage and guest.
I would suggest to request a 3rd floor unit facing the back directly from Locale if you are staying longer since it has a view of trees because there is a small gated park at the back and the tops of a temple, church steeple and an art center that at night some are lit up and watching the sunrise are all a beautiful sight to experience, it adds to your wonderful stay at Locale.
Based on my 2 month experience, I wish there are more Locale in every state I visit!

The room is clean and quiet but there is bad smell at the elevator area and downstairs like sewer

Wouldn’t recommend at all. The smell was so bad when you walk inside the building it made my stomach hurt. Towels and wash clothes were half clean. I wish I can get a refund
