This was one of the worst experience. Room's phone was not operational, despite of multiple complaints nothing was done. Further the coffee machine wasn't working, again no support from the staff despite of multiple complaints. Rooms wasn't cleaned despite of the request. Wish I could give negative ratings.

There is no wifi. There is no microwave. Parking seems expensive. In Hawaii, 24-hour parking is $70, but hotel guests can get barlay parking for $35, 1/2 the price. Even though it is a Trump Hotel, guests of all nearby hotels are 1/2 the price of $70. I regret staying at the hotel without knowing the parking price.

Only problem I had was that most of the food on the breakfast buffet was cold!
