The check in took a minute and the room was nice and clean and quiet.

The hotel was just average. The sheets were too small for the bed, there was no room service for the two days we stayed, and they didn't even give us clean towels. The front desk had no customer service skills, either. Would it kill them to say thank you when you check out ??? I won't go back.

Not up to par w their facility and price. Motels r better or Quality Inns and breakfast is free. Elevators, dirt, appliances not working, cloth shower curtains(lol) shades not working ...at $175 plus? No...no ...no

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received regarding our reservation. We booked two rooms for November 19, 2024, and I have attached the payment receipt for your reference. The worst part was that when my colleague arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the reservation had been canceled. Please note, we had fully paid for this booking, and when we made the reservation, we were aware that no refund would be issued in case of cancellation. However, the cancellation was not initiated by us. I contacted Expedia this morning regarding this issue, and they informed me that the cancellation occurred due to a lack of communication from Hilton. Since Expedia was not notified by Hilton that the reservation had been canceled, they processed the payment as usual. I formally request a full refund and they have gave me wrong email id to reach manager.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and great location for shopping and restaurants. A lot of selection around. The fitness facilities amazing great condition with water and towels for customers a plus.
