Lobby looked like it was a bit run over by guests and small snack shop they had was barren. It was late when I checked in and looked better when I left in the morning

Property is average - I paid for a king size bed and was given two queens - I’m traveling alone so that was useless to me. Also when I checked in the woman was a low talker and never mentioned the issue with the bed - I had made the reservation only 3 hours earlier - the hotel had a lot of open parking spots so there were plenty of rooms available - since I used Expedia to book the room I felt I was treated poorly. I travel a lot - the main reason I selected this hotel was for the king bed as I’m 6’6 255 lbs - will never stay here again

We arrived at 3pm to check in but our room was not ready. We had to wait over a half hour until it was and the front desk staff were not friendly at all. The room looked outdated and was not up to our expectations for the amount we were paying to stay. There was no bathroom vent and the towels were stained and looked unsanitary. Our stay was for two nights and housekeeping did not service our rooms after the first night so we had to go down to front desk to ask for new towels that were stained anyway. We were very upset while checking out to find that the front desk staff was video chatting a friend in the office instead of doing her job. Overall we were extremely disappointed with our stay and we are never going back to a Marriott.

The front desk agent was very friendly! However the sheet on the bed had a stain on it and there was a bar soap still in the shower.

GM was supposed to call me on the Monday to rectify the situation and it’s Thursday. Still no call

Hello Annmarie,I am not sure if this is the correct location as your stay was on August 3, 2024 and there were no notations or reports for the General Manager to call you. It is now the end of the month and again there is no history.I do thank you for your time and your review.
