For the price I felt a continental breakfast and free parking should have been included.
We will be staying at your hotel again

Cookies as always were wonderful.
Staff were very courteous,
Very surprised there was no refrigerator in the room.
Not enough luggage carts.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused from there not being a refrigerator in your room and that you could not find an available luggage cart. We are starting a comprehensive refresh project in January to update our entire hotel.

My hot water in the shower was not working. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the bathroom sockets did not work.

It was quiet, the staff were nice and fast with service. The beds were clean and so comfortable

Staff was friendly..but we waiting aong for our suite..the staff didnt communicate with housekeeping that we were in the lobby waiting on are room...
