I loved the open design of the hotel, filled with art and color. The morning staff of the restaurant called off. Breakfast was basically called off.

There was a small issue with our original room. Al rock at the front desk handled everything beautifully and even upgraded our room. Very lovely experience. Definitely would book again in the future'

Friendly, helpful staff and an immaculate room. We really enjoyed the very personable drivers that took us to and from the airport. We had a little meal in the restaurant. It was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when traveling in and out of Philadelphia because it made catching our super early flight much easier. Return flight had issues and we arrived at two in the morning, it was safer to stay one night than to drive an hour and a half home. Best decision we made. Will stay here again when flying in and out of Philly.

The staff at the Delta Hotel are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and rooms were immaculate. Surprisingly quite so close to the airport. We love the easy airport pick up & drop off. The drivers are so personable and welcoming. Stayed at both ends of our trip, and will stay again!

The Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, when I came to check in, they informed me that they were having HVAC issues; rooms were 80°-90° and allowing people to cancel for free. At no point did they communicate this prior to my arrival. With my stay being around New Years, finding a reasonably priced hotel last minute, was not possible so I decided to just stay.

As a frequent Marriott brand user, the process and most of the staff encountered were so rude and unfriendly, or fully unavailable. Started with attempting for a shuttle, then with the check in, then for the breakfast, we appeared to interrupt the staff coffee clutch and they never returned to the dining room. The a.m. check out person was very helpful and reported to management, which then provided me a full refund once the challenges were reported. For that I thank you, but customer service training on the night shift and early a.m. is a MUST!!!.

We had no heat in our room. Said they were going to send someone to look at it but we saw no one. No follow up with us. Neve stay here in the winter.

Very nice place! Got stranded here due to weather cancelling my flight and was not happy but couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stranded
