Always a good spot to stay when flying out. The first room they gave us the prior people smoked weed i. The room and it just stunk of it, they immediately changed our room with and upgrade. Super customservice oriented here. Place needs updating a bit but still worth the stay when flying out. The free shuttle to the sirport and back is nice.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights the elevator floors were filthy dirty.. the mattress on bed was collapsed when you sat or laid on it the springs made lots of noise and poked you on your body. The water in shower and sink never got hot when using. Hotel decor is very old and deteriorating in lots of areas.

I have taken photos of the issues. The sink took forever to drain. Spackle tape was peeling off the wall. The bed sagged badly. The door was coming apart. Waited for 20 minutes in the restaurant to be seated although the place was empty. Menu was very sparse and waited 15 minutes to place an order but no one came to take it so we left. We travel often out of Philly and use the park and lock facility next door. We were planning on staying from now on the night prior so there would be no rushing. Your facility is terrible.

Very noisy HVAC. Very long check-ins. Customer service not available.

With us being conference center from time to time the lines will be long. Sorry for the wait. I wish we would have had a chance to fix the ac issue as well, but we should have been more proactive prior to your check in to catch the noise.
