"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. "We had 5 nights at Alanta Villa, and by day two we knew we hadn’t booked long enough. The villas are peaceful, well appointed, comfortable, and very private. "Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Overall a great trip if you want someone a little out of the way and are there purely for rest and relaxation. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, or something a bit more lively, then likely this is not the place. Lots of couples and older people this time of year, but the vibes are great! "Really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but ordering room service was not that great as it’s difficult to keep food hot across such a large resort. Staff were really great and worked hard to meet guests needs. Tours from the resort were reasonably priced when compared to outside tour providers. "
