Great Value! Friendly staff!

You look for value, look for here; you look for quality, please somewhere else. With what I pay for the stay here, I really shouldn't have any comments on it. Only way I can describe is you get what you pay for. And I'm not regretting it. This place got me a good night rest!

There was no shampoo! The room was supposed to accommodate two people and there was only one bottle of water for my two nights of stay. I did not even get a body wash refill.

Pros: unfortunately nothing .
Location: nothing fantastic and not safe to go out at night whole street was dark and dead
the hotel staff did not aspect my arrival , i have done a full payment on line but was not recorded in their system. it took them so long to clarify after showing them my confirmation email . the road to hotel was dark and hard to locate it even the local driver could not find it . i called the hotel so many times but one answered . communication was totally break down , the staff doesn't speak english at all . i travelled with one big checked in luggage and one hand carry luggage , was heavy to me . i was given a room at 3rd floor , after knowing no lift available , i requested to change the room to ground floor . they don't understand my request and kept telling me "no no no ". finally a lady staff helped me to carry luggage up to 3rd floor via staircase . after unpacked my stuff , i called them for a hair dryer , iron and ironing board . they do not understand me at all and i had to walk down to ground floor to show them a photos. hair dryer is not available . they passed the iron to me without the board . the staff told me she will bring it up to me. after waited for so many hours i gave up . the air-con was very noisy and leaked , water dripping . curtain worn-out , torn and unable to drawn fully . i have to use the shower tower to cover the window . it was a really bad experience . i will never stay there again. i paid for 5 days stay , the next day i immediately checked out without any refund . i agreed with no refund.that explained how disappointed i was .

The staff didn't speak any of English and they tried to translate everything talking with the smarthphone . The floor could be more comfortable than the bed and the tv had a really strange sound. Really if you want to pay something cheap take time to think about this because nothing like sleep comfortable.

Got what we paid for...

Disappointed really. I know it is on the cheaper end of the scale with things, but that doesn't excuse what we got. First, it is a bit of a way out. It is 15 minutes from Bang Wa BTS station, but as soon as you are off the main road, you have to walk down a very busy road with no pavement on either side. We didn't even risk this at night as the driving in Bangkok is, well, driving in Bangkok. Secondly we were put in a room below the spec we had booked, no biggie, just pointed it out to the receptionist/owner (there is about 4 different people) and they moved our room. We paid for a fridge, in hindsight, I wish I'd moved the fridge and not the room. Thirdly, our toilet came with a mat over it, which on first glance was nothing to shirk at. Upon inspection, it was covering up the broken toilet seat. Upon further inspection of the room and bathroom we found: The room has not been cleaned. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The windows were very old and would not shut flush, more on this later. The fridge is held together with electrical tape. Cigarette burns in the bedding. The bed was very, very hard, which might suit some preferences, but not ours. Every night without fail in the time we we were there were disturbances. I'm sure with new windows this problem would be removed. If we had stayed in the first room, we would have been away from the main road. The last and biggest issue was getting a phone call at 10am accusing us of not check
