in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

suite, very nice and spacious room, felt luxurious. Room was very close to the pool so for us we were actually clad not spending extra on a pool access room. All staff very friendly and service minded. Hotel was not fully occupied so was possible to find sun beds even after 7.30am. Though many reserve sun beds hours before they use them (which is super annoying!!), but some pool staff actually removed towels off...
