"The property, room, and customer services were excellent except that I was not communicated that the beach was not swimmable at the time I rented the resort. It was so windy for the whole time that I was there. They had a beautiful swimming pool, but it was outdoor and cold; no jacuzzi. All We could do was watching it. I would recommend to visit the resort at a different time than January."

"호불호 후기가 있는 관계로 어떤가 했는데 상당히 만족스러웠다. 유일한 단점이 근처 식당이나 상점이 없다는거 하나였고 이는 시간이 지나면 해결되리라보지만 상가가 채워지려면 상당한 시간이 필요하리라 보인다. 끝에 위치한 스파옆 쌀국수집에서 포와 망고쉐이크로 저녁을 대신했다. 비가 많이와 풀에 사람이 없었는데 시설이 꽤 괜찮았다. 풀의 수질은 밤에 봐서 모르겠으나 수질개선을 요하는 언급이 좀 있는듯하다. 직원들도 친절했었고 시설도 괜찮았고 주변 산책하기도 좋았고 씨뷰와 파도소리도 좋았다. 참고로, 한국귀경용 0.5박이었고 그랩을 통하면 8.8만동(공항톨비1.5만동포함) 소요됨. 0.5박 이외에 단기 휴양용으로도 가족용으로도 괜찮은 곳인듯 싶다. "

"There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. "The reason I chose this resort because I saw the rates 4.6 star but when I checked in it's made me disappointed because it's not true, the food it's poor and they not change its just the same, the fruits they served it's not fresh. Loved this place

"We had a lovely stay at this amazing resort with such friendly and attentive staff. There was an impressive large variety of food available for breakfast. Veganism has barely reached Vietnam, however the chef was able to accommodate our needs, albeit on a limited selection. They clearly prioritised customer service which showed. We were particularly impressed with Hưng, Guest Experience Manager and Thiên Trường, F&B Supervisor for taking very good care of us. Thank you and to all your colleagues who always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a spectacular seaview. The resort is some distance from town, however they provided a free of charge twice daily shuttle bus service. We highly recommend this resort if you want to be at one with nature and enjoy excellent customer service. Thank you to Cindy the Manager who warmly greeted us during our stay. Van Anh & David"
