Poor Service
Posted 9 Apr 2019 on HotelsCan not complain with the welcoming service, we could decide which room we want. the bed was very comfortable, a few things broken in the room though. the following morning was a BIG disappointment, we went for breakfast and they did not know about us, they said we could wait for them to prepare breakfast but this could take a while, alternatively the will refund us R200 for breakfast. we are still awaiting the refund?!? the inconvenience to look for a breakfast place in a town you dont know took time and no refund or communication as being received.

This was terrible, Our room was already booked, although we book and pay in advance.
The owner took more than 1 hour to arrive to the B&B.
He gave us so many unreal explanation, at the end she give us a room in another B&B, which cost less that we pay.
Not recommended at all.

De ligging nabij de phalaborwa gate van het Kruger park is ideaal. Ook ligt de accommodatie rustig. Er was echter met de boeking iets niet helemaal goed overgekomen en onze kamer was niet in orde. Ook was de communicatie omtrent het ontbijt niet goed, daar was al voor dat we vertrokken gedoe over.

Everything was perfect. Super idyllic location, very friendly hosts, who welcomed us with great hospitalily. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. It was thoughtfully decorated. We stayed there on our way to Kruger Park and it was a great location. The gate/ entrance to the Park is 5 min away from the Hotel and the property is guarded by security. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastico B&B! CONSIGLIATISSIMO
Posted 30 Oct 2018 on HotelsFantastico posto anche per le persone che lo gestiscono. La proprietaria ha una fondazione che aiuta, con gli introiti della attività del B&B, bambini che nati con condizioni meno favorevoli e dà loro opportunità di vita ed educazione migliori.

Einfaches, aber sehr nettes Hotel
Posted 17 Aug 2018Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber liebevoll, mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet und sauber. Nomsa ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und nette Vermieterin. Lage in sicherer Gegend und ganz nah zum Eingang des Krügerparks.
