Dont spend the extra money to get the panoramic lake view... its a panoramic view of railroad tracks with trains passing all night long... the only time you can see the lake is when you are right up to the window off to the side. The ac barely works and its hot and stuffy, if you open the window you will be attacked by mosqitos all night long. Also our shower head was broken and only held at the absolute bottom. Asked to switch rooms, was refused. No coffee machine or hot water pot. The food was okay at the restaurant. Also, takes like an hour to get into Zurich, its way on tge outskirts if you are not familiar with the area.

In addition, earplugs are available on the bedside table. We regret that we could not offer you an alternative room with courtyard view (no railroad tracks), as we always do so if there is any available.It is a pity you missed a kettle in your room. We have some available on request, of course, whereas our suites are equipped with a coffee machine.We hope and look forward to welcoming you back on another occasion. We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.

I will give an Excellent 👌review of overall service ,cleanliness ,dining experience specially to waitress Thery , she is so caring , accommodating and passionate about customer service/care.
Enjoyed the luxury of SPA though the steam room is defective. The view ,soft beds and spacious room is very nice 👌.So happy and grateful to be in Seedamm Hotel , would highly appreciate and recommend it 🙏
