Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago.

Amazing Staff and rooms
Posted 24 Mar 2018I have pick up a executive room, that fullfill all my expectatives. Besides that, we had the best "staff experience" ever. All recepcionist are atentious and well informed.

Hoy the imperial inn
Posted 17 Mar 2018Terrible parking garage, terrible elevator. Not friendly staff specially at the restaurant. Cheap breakfast included. Not the expected for Brazilian hotels.

Mr Jose, I am so sorry with your matter, the elevator was under maintenence for your own security , we schedulle one day between company that assist us, but unfortunatelly in that day you was with us here, sorry but like in other countries things like that happen,
about the Cheap breakfast, I cannot agree with you , our breakfast is the number one , and the most rating that we have in review here, so I don't know what is your preference but I can guarantee for all guest that our breakfast is amazing, with products made inside our own kitchen , made scratch and fresh, our ORANGE juice is natural made from fruit, omelets and a lot of iten that will delights your day... please check the pictures and reviews before post !!!

Nice hotel, located right at the beach

Pros: The location of this hotel is fantastic.
Cons: It might help to look into the smells in the room. It's hard to keep beachside rooms mould free but maybe a a room deodarant or perfume could be used.
Location: The hotel is located right at the beach. The beautiful white sand dunes are also located nearby. The beach outfront has a rip, so take care swimming.
The best part of this hotel is the location and staff. The staff are limited but hard working. Our room had a great view but an awful smell that was hard to get used to in the beginning, not from anything bad we just think that the cleaning product used is a heavy chemical to keep away mould. But still we had a lovely time at this hotel. You can not beat this location in Cabo Frio.
