Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida.

Caiu muito. Estive nesse hotel há alguns meses e correu tudo ótimo. Já nessa estadia o total descaso e grosseria do staff chamou a atenção não apenas minha mas a de muitos hóspedes, pois sempre que ia na recepção havia alguém reclamando de algo. Para começar, na reserva solicitei que meu quarto ficasse próximo à sede, pois em minha última estadia me colocaram no chalé mais longe de todos, e era necessário andar muito para chegar lá. Para minha surpresa eu estava no PENÚLTIMO. Pedi pra trocar, pois eu era umas das primeiras do checkin, disseram que não era possível pois as datas de entrada e saída dos demais quartos eram diferentes. Detalhe: era um checkin na sexta e um checkout no domingo. Acredito que mais da metade do hotel estava nessas mesmas datas, inclusive um casal que estava conosco e cujo quarto era mais perto que o meu, sem que eles tivessem feito qualquer solicitação. Após muito suplicar, me colocaram num quarto mediano, nem perto nem tão longe da sede, mas atrasaram meu checkin em 1 hora pois devia ser uma mudança dificílima. Mais tarde pedi um prato é uma faca pra corta um queijo que havia levado e me fizeram assinar uma comanda, sob a alegação que muitos hóspedes roubavam essas peças. Com as taças de vinho foi a mesma coisa, sendo que as taças que nos deram eram minúsculas, de vinho do Porto. Isto fora toda a grosseria do staff no geral me fazem não querer voltar ao Bomtempo. Estrutura boa, hotel bonito, mas staff mau humorado, inflexível e um total descaso.

Fiquei no quarto luxo que de luxo só tinha o preço. Nao havia nada de extraordinário, mas o que me causou frustração foi o fato de o quarto "luxo" não ter qualquer vedação acústica. Eu conseguia ouvir absolutamente tudo no quarto ao lado. Conversas dos hóspedes visinhos com riqueza de detalhes, como se estivessem na minha frente conversando, os peidos, o sexo. Absolutamente desagradável, pois eu estava viajando em família, e ainda que estivesse sozinha, eu não queria ouvir as intimidades alheias. Outro ponto negativo é a localização. Longe de tudo. No teto do quarto há um forro lindo de madeira que muito provavelmente esconde uma abertura na parede entre os quartos. No mais, o atendimento, espaço, limpeza são bons. Excelente para as crianças, muitos brinquedos.

Eu tive que voltar na recepção 2x depois do check-in - o quarto que me deram não estava limpo - me colocaram em um novo quarto, quando cheguei no novo quarto a chave era manual e tive que voltar de novo para pegar a chave A noite fez frio e nosso quarto não tinha cobertas, somente lençóis. Meu bb passou mal de madrugada e vomitou o lenço Sentimos frio de noite Não vi ninguém da parte recreativa e não fomos informados aonde ficavam Tirolesa não vi funcionando O lugar é bem bonito. A Natureza em volta é linda Pássaros lindos cantando As camas são confortáveis, o preço das comidas são bons e as comidas também

Excelente espaço, lazer e muitas atividades.
As dependências necessitam de manutenção. Quadras, decks, etc. Nos quartos precisa de modernização nos banheiros. Mas só elogios quanto ao atendimento e atenção de todos os funcionários. Voltarei com certeza.pois minhas filhas e amigos adoraram. Nos cederam uma área sábado a noite para uma resenha particular para comemorarmos o aniversário de minha filha.

Hotel grande e muito bem cuidado, com muitas opções de lazer, ótimo para famílias com crianças, inclusive porque tem restaurante. Café da manhã muito farto e saboroso com muitas opções. Itaipava tem um clima gostoso. O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centrinho, mas de carro é fácil e rápido de ir. Minha única observação é a falta de placas indicando melhor a localização na estradinha que dá acesso.

O hotel caiu demais o serviço. Chegamos a noite, estávamos com as crianças. Reservamos o chalé e quando chegamos no quarto, a cama das crianças não estava feita. Solicitei a recepção roupas de cama, a demora foi excessiva pois só havia no hotel o atendente da recepção. Ele nos trouxe as roupas de cama e nos tivemos que fazer a cama das crianças. As toalhas do quarto são de pessima qualidade, velhas, finas, terrível! Fui beber uma água e não tinha copo no quarto. Liguei para o restaurante e solicitei copos, me informaram que teria que busca lós, pois não realizavam este serviço. Bem essa foi nossa chegada a este resort, que já havia ido mais de 10 vezes. Após a venda para o grupo do castelo de Itaipava o hotel está com um serviço muito ruim, uma pena pois tem uma área para crianças e para quem gosta de tênis excelente!
