O custo atrai, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar
No quarto, colchões péssimos, muito antigos e afundados na parte mediana. Ficamos e mais de um quarto e notamos isso como comum entre os quartos. Serviços de quarto ruim. Fomos surpreendidos com o quarto desarrumado na terceira noite e, reclamando à recepção, nós informaram que deveríamos pedir arrumação com antecedência. Para "remediar" recebemos um saquinho de lixo e pediram que nós retirassenos o lixo do quarto. Fato que não haviam nos avisado com antecedência sobre esta regra... Enfim, descaso com os hóspedes.

Já me hospedo neste hotel e neste quarto desde 2021. E a qualidade caiu muito. O checkin não começou no horário( começou 1 hora atrasado), o aquecedor não está funcionando, a tv a cabo tb não funciona, não tinha nem toalhas e nem roupão no quarto e quando eu solicitei ao recepcionista além dele ser grosso comigo, demorou mais de 1 hora para chegar e só vieram toalhas.

Boa estadia.
Foi uma boa estadia. O lugar é muito bonito, mas não está muito bem cuidado. Mas estão fazendo algumas reformas, pinturas, etc. Acho que vão logo, logo, se ajustar. Pontos positivos: lugar calmo, tranquilo, sem barulhos. O espaço da piscina é ótimo. Muito bom para tomar um banho de sol. O restaurante é bonito e elegante. O café da manhã tem bastante opção e é gostoso. Cama confortável e chuveiro quente. Comida gostosa. Pontos negativos: muito grande rs. se a pessoa for sem carro, vai sofrer para andar lá dentro. Tudo é longe. Parece um mini-bairro. É distante do centro comercial. Você fica refém para comer no local ou se desloca uns 10/15kms para ir até um centro.
