Had to be moved to multiple units in the middle of the night over broken AC.
There were 0 offers to compensate or do anything for the troubles.

We were rather shocked by this review; you and your friend were nothing but in a positive mood each time a member of our staff made contact with you. I was the manager on duty that night, rather evening, and yes, we unfortunately had to move you twice due to PTAC issues. This was a very rare situation as I explained, and we apologized for your inconvenience. I stood in the final room for 10 minutes to make sure you were going to be comfortable. It was a very unfortunate situation that in all my years as a hotel manager I had ever had 2 units go out on the same night. You assured me you were fine, and all was good, this was at 9:30 pm, not in the middle of the night, and when I saw you the next day you made no indication that you felt you needed something more from the hotel. If our conversation and encounters were different, we could have discussed you contacting the 3rd party booking party to give you a discount.We wish you well in your future travels.

My mom & I stayed here 5 nights in mid June and were super happy we did. The hotel was spacious, clean and well-run by very friendly, helpful staff. Our room on the 4th floor was enormous, well laid-out & appointed. Our window looked out on the parking lot however we still had a view of greenery beyond it and tons of sky. Extra shout out to Jacob at the front desk and to the woman (whose name I didn’t catch) who ran the entire busy breakfast scene Thursday thru Sunday during our stay. She def works her tail off whilst still being friendly & so accommodating to the myriad, sometimes tons of, people who shuffle through each morning.

A clean, well kept property. Friendly staff. Large fully stocked breakfast area with separate spaces if you needed quiet.

Absolutely outstanding front office staff! These folks worked hard to make a difficult situation easier for me; and I am grateful. Turned out my reservation through Expedia was 1 day later (oh no!!). With hard work on my part and their part, we were able to chage the reservation. I am so appreciative of outstanding customer service! Thank you!
