Staff was friendly and helpful. Caulking on floor next to bathtub was black with mold. Other than that the room was clean. Liked the room size and like having a balcony with view of the water. Outside door 2 cigarette container was overflowing entire time we were there. Grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. Breakfast was good with many options.

Breakfast was awesome and the room was great and clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly.

Old food in my fridge. Alarms set to go off in the middle of the night. Hallways unbearably hot. Bedding wet after being washed. An absolutely awful experience to pay that type of money for such and inexplicably awful stay.

Bed was not comfortable. Could not turn off balcony light and the drapes did not keep out enough light. Bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to close the door. Room was clean. Jet tub was nice. Very few choices for breakfast.

Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want. Rooms were quiet and had balconies with a view of Lake Michigan!
