Posted 24 Jun 2024 on HotelsDid not contact me to tell me reservation had been canceled at 5:30pm due to plumbing issue, which happens. I arrived at midnight and was told this. Did not get voucher from Hotels.com except for $25. Then got scammed by ReservationStays at 1:30am. Had to pay again when arrived at another hotel who knew nothing about new reservation. Now fighting card charge after ruined night of sleep.

This place is absolutely unacceptable I turned on the bathroom light with a can of bug spray in hand given to me by the front desk/window guy and as soon as the light came on the roaches appeared all over the sink and counter. I turned around and left and would never consider returning to another Oyo property again!
