Totally Incompetent

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff and management need to be fully trained in online bookings.
Location: Near to large shopping centre.
When arriving at this hotel I was told by two hotel staff that I had not made any booking online and they demanded immediate payment before they could provide me with a room. l showed them paper work to support my argument and they then took over 20 minutes to find my online booking. What a joke! Totally incompetent as far as I can see. Would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. No staff to assist me to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

No lift for comforting golden age person or pregnant, but its a budget hotel for couple should be okay.

Good value for money

Pros: Room was clean, all amenities worked. The price is reasonable and you get breakfast (although minimal) on top of that.
Cons: There are some restaurants at the back row which are busy at night, quite noisy till late
and the smell of the cooking gets into the toilet.
Location: The location is good to get to places like Bandar Utama, Tropicana Mall and Damansara areas. Problems getting parking during the day time.
We stayed two nights in a family room. No complains, location is
good, eateries nearby.
