Overall a pleasant enough stay, but would argue it was significantly overpriced for what it is at €166 per night in low season (start of November).
Pros: Location is good, easily walkable into the centre of Peschiera (about 10 mins). Room was clean and housekeeping was quick and thorough. Roof terrace is lovely with a good view of the lake.
Cons: Breakfast was fairly average, reasonable amount of choice - buffet style - but nothing special. Unfortunately jacuzzi was closed due to being low season, as was the sauna/steam room, which isn’t advertised online. “Fitness suite” left quite a lot to be desired - 2 rickety treadmills, a stepper, a rowing machine and about 6 dumbbells (max 5kg).

Great breakfast. Many eateries close by. Nice walkway along lake. One of the cleanest hotels I've been in.

Lovely hotel with balconies
Posted 19 Oct 2024 on HotelsI really enjoyed my short stay. It’s a small hotel near the lake, staff at reception and bar was super friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and very clean. I got a room on 3rd floor with balcony, with lovely views to the lake I enjoyed both in the evening with a glass of Prosecco and in the morning with my morning coffee (there was electric kettle and coffee in the room which was great.) 100% will stay again.

Staff were excellent in attending to our needs. Very helpful if there were concerns. Excellent spread for breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms were tidy and clean and the balcony on level 3 was large and allowed a view of the lake.

Wonderful
Posted 13 Oct 2024 on HotelsEverything was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful and all took the time for conversation. The hotel throughout was spotless, fresh, clean and sterile. The room was everything we were hoping for and even the electric kettle requested in advance was waiting in the room with mugs. Breakfast was exceptional with a vast selection to suit most individual tastes, especially the pastries and cakes. We are much travelled throughout Europe and worldwide and everything about Hotel Acquadolce definitely rates in the top 5 that we have ever stayed in. We just wish there was an English language television channel.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was wonderful! We really wanted a hottub but unfortunately the hottub and rooftop was completely closed. Our stay was 10/2 so was surprised the hottub was closed as the main photo of the hotel is the rooftop hottub :/

Dear Caleb,we're happy that you appreciated the cleaning and that you found the buffet wonderful!We are very sorry you were able to do the whirlpool as you wished: unfortunately it rained heavily all day on 2nd Octobe,r so the tub was covered because of the bad weather.(In any case, our pool is officially open from 1 April to 30 September, after that, the opening depends on the weather - as written on the booking confirmation).We are sorry that you gave us a low rating because of something that is not possible for us to control - if it were up to us the sun would always be shining on our guests! Great location, great substantial breakfast, we were enjoying our stay. It was close to railway station and the port. The only suggestions is the following: It would be great to include English speaking TV channels. Coffee maker will be great to have in the room
