Very nice, shower was a bit small but many are here in Italy. Bed was comfortable and I loved being able to walk to the beach.

Hotel is situated in the main square of Pescara (ZTL zone for access) so follow hotel instructions. Very convenient location to cafes and beach, very walkable. Good breakfast available on 1st floor in the morning, staff very friendly.
Non smoking rooms were smoke free but hallways were choked with smoke from time to time. Rooms and bathrooms very tight, soundproofing variable.
Offsite parking is convenient.
A good choice if you want access to the main area of town.
