"Absolutely amazing apartment in a fabulous location just a short walk to the station old town and everywhere else we wanted to visit. The hotel / apartments totally exceeded all our expectations and every single staff member went out of their way to help and ensure our stay was smooth and stress free. "I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

"The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. "Great stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely smell when you entered through the doors. Very comfortable bed. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg "

"This is easily our favourite hotel in the world. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated. When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the river, with a balcony. Every dish we ate in the restaurants was delicious. A special nod to Anna who took such good care of us on the first evening! "
