I traveled solo without a car and found it incredibly easy to get around. I was able to walk, hike, and use the bus, ferry, and cable car with great convenience. The hotel provided everything I needed, and its waterfront location was perfect, with crystal-clear water just steps away. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The gentleman who checked in was very rude, and not to mention the restaurant closing time, which is 8:30 PM in the summer (very early). The restaurant staff is excellent (that's what saved the day)

We loved the peacefulness of this property. Excellent breakfast and wonderfully helpful staff. We rented e-bikes at the property and rode some amazing rides! We can’t wait to return

Property location on the water is beautiful and facilities were excellent 4 star.
Guest service (booking/billing unresponsive and very poor, needing improvement. Guests should be wary of booking through Orbitz, as hotel uses third-party booking vendors to give guests the run-around and refuses to correct very obvious charge errors --even when charges were directly COLLECTED AT HOTEL PROPERTY and Orbitz formally replied that hotel collected all the charges. Hotel acknowledged the erroneous charge but refused to correct at check-out (nor weeks afterwards), proceeded with charging guest erroneous amount anyways, and then incredulously put the "commission arrangements" they made with Orbitz the responsibility of the Guest as contingency for their hotel to refund the overcharge.
Dining options also make no allowance for Hotel Guests (even when you have 5 guests staying for 5 nights in 4 separate bookings)-- no guest can get a table reservation for dinner at the hotel the first few nights, and then greeted by a very condescending and unfriendly restaurant Host.
