Pros - The one bedroom apartment was nice and spacious and good value for money. Male Night shift staff when I checked in at 11 pm had a language barrier but it was ok. What appeared to be the female late shift lady also with a language barrier who appeared in charge was a bit unfriendly as she sat at the public lounge area on her phone while her male counterpart did all the work and he was helpful on 2 sept. There was also a police attendance at the hotel when I was checking in but it was all ok * in the bathroom its my opinion that the shampoo and conditioner was diluted with water as it didnt feel that consistant in feel. This area of Hay street East Perth wasnt the best at night and a bit unsafe . Had a $9 uber to Northbridge to get something to eat .

Juliana at the front desk was as helpful as can be. Clean and comfortable room. Great location. A bottle or two of water in the rooms would be a nice touch.

Room did not have hair dryer, only one bed side lamp and lighting in the bedroom so was very dark. Washing machine was dirty. Hot water takes forever to turn on and poor pressure. Check in was disappointing as paid for a high room and they put me into a room on the ground floor, I complained and the team said we are fully booked. I was not happy so they moved me to level 5.

They were trialing a water station and cookies. Staff were amazing. A much nicer stay our second time around

The good points are (1) spacious apartments for reasonable price not too far from airport or centre and (2) very helpful and friendly staff. The main disadvantage was lack of reasonable dining or any bar. Restaurant in hotel had limited hours, did not do breakfast and there is no bar or alcohol sale in restaurant. The restaurant is really a slightly scruffy, basic place but, having said that, it serves some good Chinese food with friendly staff.

Nice Hotel , 2 bedroom apartment was a really good size, good location , no parking left when we arrived but we found street parking not that far away ,drop off zone if you have heap of bags .

Bathrooom needs a good renovation. Water pressure was an issue through whole apartment. Parking spaces are horrible even with a small car. Some of the reception staff seemed miserable and unfortunately English was definitely a second language and communication was difficult.
