Property is nice however definitely showing its age staining around vents in room. Pool is nice however it is in need of a deep clean of tiles in pool. Dirt in corners requiring cleaning also

Check in was great and were able to check in early. There is limited onsite parking (this is stated on their website). People staying with us had to park on the street.

Wifi and TV (connected to internet) not working for first 2 days, later fixed after raising issues few times.
accessible room is provided , with no shower booth/tiny small basin & mirrors & space to put things, and poor wifi connection …..
On check-out day, the staff was not friendly or professional. She didn’t even ask a usual question around how’s our stays (5 nights!!). Of course No final farewell message such as thanks for staying etc etc. Very very unpleasant experiences after staying 5 nights.

This hotel was ok. The room was nice and big with great air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The parking was nice and spacious.
The thing is, for a 5* property, I expected better. For a start, the gym had no space for those of us who just wanted to do yoga or pilates. It was too cramped with machines. I found it appalling that the kitchen had no bowls and that the property could not provide a soap and sponge for the washing up, just a dish washer that couldn't wash the dishes properly. It was very difficult to get hot water in the bathroom and the blinds didn't fully block out the sun. Finally, the cleaner didn't clean the room properly or replace the bathroom stuff. They also didn't give us another bathroom robe.
I'm not annoyed that I stayed here, but I wouldn't do it again.

No water on the day without prior notice so we couldn’t take shower. The room next to us played loud music through the night and the hotel did nothing even we already complained immediately.
