We have stayed at this hotel many times over a number of years and unfortunately the standard of service and the condition of the hotel has reduced considerably. When we arrived the front desk greeting was particularly unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Considerably overpriced and certainly not the usual Expedia VIP standard. Would not recommend.

The rooms are dated needed maintenance and the furniture in the room were well worn. We will be back in a week and we’ll see if we get a better room for two nights stay.

When I initially arrived I was given one of the worst rooms. Right next to reception and heavy foot traffic, which I knew would have been an issue. I went to reception and advised how I felt, and they went above and beyond to secure me a quiet room which was much needed. Because of this customer service I definitely recommend. Yes it’s a little older, but good customer service is hard to come across. Location is also great.
