Had to pay AGAIN on arrival. Checked out four days early and refund and key deposit have NOT been reimbursed

Hi John, Please note that you have selected to pay upon arrival which means you only paid once. We had to call the police to escort you from our property due to your intoxicated aggressive behaviour towards our manager and smoking in the common area. You also let a visitor into your room and let him sleep on your bed. This breach of the policy resulted in not getting the refund as agreed on the sign-in sheet. Unfortunately, you won’t be allowed to stay with us again in the future.

The room did not look like it had been cleaned properly. The sheets looked dirty and stained. When having a shower it flooded the whole bathroom, aircon turned on but system was broken and wouldnt open to allow air to come out. Totally different to pictures on their website. Wasnt very impressed. The power point in bathroom was broken and exposed.

I cannot comment as my room was paid for so I did not have to sleep on the streets. But I was not allowed to stay. I understand that I did not have the correct identification. Empathy look it up!!

Poor in maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Insufficient of cutlery.
