Good location - free bus across the road - from Perth Station.
Room changed after day 1 as no cold water, second room very quiet and comfortable

This property takes a $200 deposit although there is nothing in the room . No mini bar , nothing . Then tell you it takes up to 2 weeks to get your credit .
