Not enough trailer parking and the bed was marginal good for one night but no more

Inconsistent services (no towels, dirty towels, intermittent WIFI services). Approached manager to request WIFI status (re-connection) immediately put into a heated response. No thank you to this property or any Wyndam properties - no standards, no customer service!!!!!

I contacted Expedia as soon as we arrived at hotel and told them the condition of the hotel. They told me to leave and they would help with a refund after several days I was told I would be charged even though we did not stay at this hotel. We checked in and immediately left and checked out. I would never use Expedia again they were no help whatsoever

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast options were limited (Consider adding fruit, yogurt, granola bars, eggs, oatmeal, etc.). Thanks for providing me a place to sleep when I really needed it!

This was the worst stay ever. Aside from being out in the first room that smelled of mildew had a used pad in the toilet and a used razor on the bathroom mirror to be moved to a room with roaches. The linen had holes and cigarette burns in them. There is no gym although advertised on their listing site and the breakfast was a joke. They decided not o serve waffles after the first night because they claimed it was too messy. Never mind guests who don’t eat cereal because that’s all they served for the entire week we were there. The ironing board broke. This location hasn’t been upgraded and is largely outdated and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. Housekeeping doesn’t speak English and will barge into your room while you’re sleeping every single day. I would never stay at this location again. Beware this is not what the listing says at all and isn’t with the money I spent almost $400 for the week and was a horrible experience.

They sent me to a room with Roaches and dirty laundry I went to the front desk & told them they changed my room I then woke up to roaches crawling all in the bed I took photos and videos and reported it they changed my room again so I went through 3 different rooms and will never book a stay there again and they refused my refund

Place sucks

Bed bugs bites all over my arms. Toilet falling off the floor. They have resident tenants that smoke pot all day and do nothing about it. Smells horrible. Extremely filthy

Room smelled of smoke. Staff was polite, room cleanliness was poor. Had to change rooms due to nauseating smoke smell. The second room smelled as well.
